NASDAN's STEM & Robotics program is part of our Tech4Good commitment, but it's also how we build Africa's next generation of technologists, and where we find some of our own future engineers. We believe access to hands-on engineering education shouldn't be limited to students who can already afford it.

What the program covers

Four components, one continuous track.

Each element builds on the last, from first exposure to robotics through to a real pathway into a technology career.

Hands-on sessions where students design, build and program working robots from the ground up.

Introducing the hardware and firmware fundamentals behind every connected device students use daily.

Problem decomposition, logic and algorithmic reasoning taught alongside the hardware, not instead of it.

Mentorship & Pipeline

Direct mentorship from NASDAN engineers, with a clear path into internships and careers.

We work directly with secondary and tertiary institutions to bring robotics and embedded systems out of the textbook and into students' hands, often for the first time. The goal isn't just exposure; it's a genuine on-ramp into technical careers.
