Our process

Five phases. One team. Every engagement.

Whatever we're building, a custom platform, an AI system, a blockchain product, it moves through the same disciplined process. No shortcuts, no handoffs to strangers, no surprises.

How it works

The five phases, in detail.

Every engagement, whatever the service line, whatever the size, runs through the same five phases. Here's what happens in each one.

01
Phase 01

Discovery & Research

We start by understanding the problem, not the solution. Stakeholder interviews, user research and a hard look at technical and business constraints, so that what we build actually solves what's broken, not just what was requested.

02
Phase 02

Strategy & Architecture

Technology choices get made here, not improvised later. We define the system architecture, data models and tech stack, then lay it out on a delivery roadmap your team can actually plan around.

03
Phase 03

Design & Development

UX gets validated with real users before a single sprint of engineering starts. From there, we build in short, reviewable sprints, so you're seeing working software early and often, not waiting for a big reveal.

Phase 04

Testing, QA & Deployment

Functional, performance and security testing, then structured UAT before anything reaches production. When it ships, it ships with zero-downtime deployment, not a maintenance window your users notice.

DeliverableA fully tested production release
05
Phase 05

Support, Optimization & Growth

Launch is a milestone, not a finish line. We monitor what we've built, ship improvements as real usage reveals what matters, and stay engaged for as long as the system needs to keep working.

How you can work with us

Five phases. Five ways to structure the engagement.

The process doesn't change. How we're engaged to run it does. Pick the model that fits how certain your scope is today.

Not sure which fits?
01

Fixed-Scope

Defined deliverables, defined price, defined finish line.

Best for a well-specified project with a clear end date
02

Time & Materials

Flexible scope, billed on effort as the work progresses.

Best for requirements that will evolve as you learn
03

Dedicated Team

A senior squad embedded directly in your roadmap.

Best for sustained, long-term product work
04

Managed Services

We run it, monitor it and keep it healthy, so you don't have to.

Best for systems already live that need to stay that way
05

Strategic Retainer

Ongoing access to senior engineering and architecture expertise.

Best for advisory work, audits and steady iteration
Why it works
"Process isn't bureaucracy. It's how five different disciplines stay in sync without slowing down."

The same rhythm holds whether we're shipping a landing page or a distributed system running across three clouds. The phases don't change, only how long each one takes.

Common questions

Questions about how we work.

Still have questions? Talk to our team.

Discovery usually runs one to two weeks. From there, most builds land somewhere between eight and twenty weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a real number once architecture is scoped, not before.

Yes, every sprint ends in a review with working software, not a slide deck. You'll see the product take shape in real time, and you can redirect early if something's off.

The architecture phase is built to absorb change, and our Time & Materials and Dedicated Team engagement models exist specifically for work that will keep evolving. We'd rather plan for change than pretend it won't happen.

No. Phase five, support, optimization and growth, continues for as long as you need it, through whichever engagement model fits: managed services, a retainer, or an embedded team.
